Born in 1968. Admitted to the bar in 1997.
Andreas is managing partner at Gronvald Attorneys. He co-founded the law firm in 2020 and heads the Gronvald offices in Düsseldorf and Leipzig. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer in his own law firm for 22 years.
His main areas of practice are energy and energy tax law. He primarily advises on decentralized energy concepts (Third-Party Financing in energy savings, self supply, lease contracts), in the law of district heating and in the German system of fuel emissions trading.
Andreas is also President of Forum Contracting e.V. as well as publisher and editor of the energy law journals „REE Recht der Erneuerbaren Energien“ and „CuR Contracting und Recht“ (Bodak Verlag). He published about 70 specialist articles on energy law topics.
