4. Dispute Resolution
In the case of disputes over proprietary interests resulting from a client relationship, the client may apply for out-of-court dispute resolution at the aforementionend supervisory autorities in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Dresden, according to § 73 para. 2 No. 3 and 73 para 5 of BRAO, or at Lawyers’ Mediation Board (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), according to § 191f BRAO.
