Range of services and clients
With its services in energy law, Gronvald is primarily aimed at companies in the energy sector (energy suppliers, energy service companies and operators of power plants, renewable energy plants and CHP plants) as well as companies in industry and commerce. Our range of clients also include companies in the housing industry (housing associations, property managers and property developers).
In insolvency law, Gronvald does not act as a liquidator, but represents the interests of those who want to enforce claims against an insolvency debtor or defend against claims by a liquidator, for example in the course of an insolvency challenge or in cases of managing director liability.
